What is Solid MaxFlex?
Solid MaxFlex is a new material technology for flexible heating element for clothing, which requires durability, safety, energy efficiency, and fast heat up. Solid MaxFlex uses patented stainless fiber material enabling basic requirements for heated clothing, blanket, cushion, or sleeping bag. All these consumer goods need flexible material, which provides seamless heat waves with high energy efficiency so that consumers can use them throughout the night in cold weather.
How does it work with flexible heating element for clothing?
Thanks to the innovative material being adapted for heating, the size of the heating element can be customized for meeting different applications. One can use it for a massage bed requiring more than 1 meter in length and 0.5 meters in width, likewise the element can meet the various sizes for jackets, pants, or even a small size for a heating pad.
How do I order the heating element for my own clothing applications?
First of all, please measure the size of the heating element you may require. Thanks to the Solid MaxFlex heating property, you may NOT need to cover the entire target area for heating since the heat shall be distributed evenly throughout the heating element. For instance, you may just need a 20 cm by 20 cm element that can be embedded into a jacket when it is produced.
