Electric heating element for fabric | Solid HeatFlex™

Solid HeatFlex Works Perfectly for heating fabrics. It is a new material technology for flexible heating elements for clothing, requiring durability, safety, energy efficiency, and a fast heat-up.

Solid HeatFlex uses patented stainless fiber material technology, meeting basic requirements for heated clothing, blankets, cushions, or sleeping bags.

All these consumer goods need flexible material, which provides seamless heat radiation with high energy efficiency so that consumers can use them throughout the night in cold weather.

How does it work with clothing applications?

Thanks to the innovative material being adapted for heating, the size of the heating element can be customized to meet different applications. One can use it for a massage bed requiring more than 1 meter in length and 0.5 meters in width, likewise, the element can meet the various sizes for jackets, pants, or even a small size for a heating pad.

How do I order the heating element for my clothing applications?

First, please measure the size of the heating element you require. Thanks to the Solid HeatFlex property, you may NOT need to cover the entire target area for heating since the heat shall be distributed evenly throughout the heating element. For instance, you may need a 20 cm by 20 cm element that can be embedded into a jacket during the production of the jacket.
